Dr. Brent Anderson is passionate about the power of positive movement experiences. Early in his career as a physical therapist, he discovered the power of Joseph Pilates’ work to expedite rehabilitation outcomes. This led him to create a program that merged the worlds of traditional therapy with Pilates: Polestar Pilates.
